Privacy Policy

This site is designed to collect limited information.

Last updated: June 2026

Our approach

This Privacy Policy explains how Notre-Dame Capital Inc. (“NDC”, “we”, “our”) handles information in connection with this website. We have built the site to collect as little as possible: there are no user accounts, no logins, and no server-side forms.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information unless you choose to contact us. The contact form does not send anything to our servers. It opens a draft in your email application containing the message you typed, which you can review before sending.

If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message, and we use that information solely to respond to you.

Analytics

We use aggregate analytics from Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand traffic and site performance. We do not use these tools to build advertising profiles.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser and never leaves your device.

If you use the optional on-page translation feature, it is provided by Google Translate, which may set its own cookies to deliver that service. You can decline by simply not using it.

Third-party links and services

Some pages link to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. The optional translation feature is operated by Google under its own terms and privacy policy.

How we use and share information

We use the limited information described above only to respond to enquiries and to operate and improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except as needed to provide the services above or to comply with the law.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “last updated” date above identifies the current version.
