Who we are

A family office built on conviction, not consensus.

We are pioneers. We do not follow crowds — we seek opportunities that are off the beaten track, where early conviction and disciplined governance create lasting value.

Notre Dame Capital is a private family office dedicated to creating and building wealth for our team members and the companies we back — across gold, silver, precious metals, and strategic metals.

We harness advanced artificial intelligence and a range of emerging technologies to research new mineral discoveries, sharpen how capital is deployed, and broaden access through blockchain tokenization. We also have a deep affinity for natural and organic products — including hemp as a sustainable replacement for plastic, and sea water natural products for both humans and animals.

01

Conviction over consensus

The best returns reward those who invest in the earliest steps — not those who follow the crowd.

02

Co-investments

We open opportunities for like-minded investors to co-invest with us as we build new business models in our chosen sectors.

03

Innovation with discipline

Positive disruption is achieved through innovation, perseverance and good governance — scaled globally.

Why Notre Dame Capital

We are at a crossroad in innovation we have not seen in a hundred years.

Blockchain and asset tokenization now make it possible for the world to participate in precious metals. These are the forces shaping how we invest.

01

The democratization of gold & silver

With the arrival of blockchain and Web 3, gold and silver can be sent digitally to any of the estimated 5.5 billion smartphone owners across the world — opening access far beyond the wealthy few.

02

The collapse of fiat currencies

From Lebanon and Turkey to Venezuela, Argentina, Zimbabwe and beyond, we have watched fiat currencies come under severe strain. History, in our view, is unkind to money with no tangible backing — and hard assets have endured.

03

The power of AI in money management

We pursue precision through real-time analysis, adaptability to changing conditions, and a disciplined commitment to AI systems that align with our standards for performance and compliance.

Where we focus

Ten frontiers, one discipline.

We currently focus our capital and conviction in the following areas.

01

Latam Silver Inc.

Discovering and advancing high-grade silver and precious-metals assets across the Americas.

02

Digital gold & silver

The digital acquisition, distribution and safekeeping of gold and silver.

03

Water & sea water

Innovative water and sea water products.

04

AI for animals

Artificial intelligence as it relates to animals.

05

Robotic prefabrication

Robotic pre-fabrication as it relates to affordable housing.

06

Next-generation vehicles

The next generation of vehicles.

07

Africa & resources

Africa and the efficient development of resources.

08

Hemp products

Sustainable hemp-based products for human wellness and animal health — from textiles and nutrition to therapeutic and veterinary applications.

09

Natural & organic products

Natural and organic products for humans and animals — prioritizing clean ingredients, ethical sourcing, and holistic well-being.

Corporate & Social Responsibility

Ethics at the upper echelon of everything we do.

At Notre Dame Capital, we place ethical conduct at the upper echelon of our interactions, and we encourage a work environment built on open communication — the key to our development.

We acknowledge the socio-economic inequality that persists globally and do what is in our power to create opportunity for those facing misfortune. We are actively involved in philanthropic projects at home and abroad — most notably our work with underprivileged children.

We acknowledge the environmental impact of our actions and strive to reduce our footprint, supporting organizations that protect wildlife, forests, oceans and the most vulnerable people.

Ethical conduct

Integrity placed above the transaction, in every interaction.

Philanthropy

Active support for underprivileged children, at home and abroad.

Environment

Protecting wildlife, forests and oceans for generations to come.

Why the animals throughout our story? They are species going extinct or on the endangered list — and others we simply love and hope will endure, despite the encroachment of man on their habitats.

A personal story

Chimo

A childhood sweetheart I will never forget.

Chimo the mountain lion resting on the grass in Alberta, Canada

My most beloved childhood companion was Chimo — a western Canadian mountain lion who became my favourite pet of all time.

Chimo's mother was shot by a rancher in Alberta after she went after his farm animals back in 1968. She left behind three baby cougar cubs, barely a month old. The rancher found them the next day and offered them to a local zoo — but the zoo only took two. So he called a friend, our next-door neighbour, who accepted the third cub as a Christmas gift.

I met Chimo that Christmas when I was ten years old. I played with her for hours. She had such a long tail that I was convinced she wasn't just a regular cat.

For the next ten years, I walked, ran, and played with Chimo every chance I had — until our neighbours eventually gave her to a zoo in Quebec.

Chimo actually purred just like a regular cat when she was happy — except her purr was like the sound of a motor, much louder than any normal house cat.

Smart, highly intelligent, and deeply compassionate. I will never forget this remarkable mountain lion as long as I live.
