This Privacy Policy explains how Notre-Dame Capital Inc. (“NDC”, “we”, “our”) handles information in connection with this website. We have built the site to collect as little as possible: there are no user accounts, no logins, and no server-side forms.

We do not collect personal information unless you choose to contact us. The contact form on this site does not send anything to our servers — it opens a draft in your own email application, pre-filled with the message you typed. Your message is then sent from your own email account, on your terms.

If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message, and we use that information solely to respond to you.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand overall traffic and site performance. These tools measure trends — not individuals — and are not used to build advertising profiles.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser and never leaves your device.

If you use the optional on-page translation feature, it is provided by Google Translate, which may set its own cookies to deliver that service. You can decline by simply not using it.
